Owned and Operated by Patrick Crews. Patrick was born and raised in Jackson, MS. Patrick attended St. Richard's and St. Joseph Catholic School. Upon graduating from the University of Mississippi, Patrick and his wife Lacey settled in Maui, Hi for nearly two years where he got his first taste in Property Management and Real Estate. After moving home to Jackson, Patrick began property management and real estate sales in 2014. He is a member of the Jackson Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He is also an active member and past president of the Jackson Residential Investors Group, sits on the board of JFC and St Richard's School and is the HOA president of Rollingwood subdivision in Jackson.

Since becoming an investor Patrick has renovated hundreds of properties in the Metro Jackson area. As a Jackson resident and ambassador to the community, the main difference between Patrick and other investors is that his company strives to place homeowners in the renovated properties whenever possible as opposed to simply selling to hedge funds and turning vacant properties into rentals. This is a vital part of stabilizing the capital city and allowing the metro as a whole to succeed.
