A:  We set up a time for to look at the property.  There is absolutely no cost or obligation to you for us to look at the property. We are usually available within 24 to 48 hours. We do a 5-10 minute walk through.  No home inspections.  If we can agree on a price we can close within a few business days if needed.  In the event you need more time, we can close at your convenience.  We will sit down with a local attorney to close the deal.  You will get your check at the attorneys office.
